Children International's mission is to help children living in poverty. For $22 a month, a child is sponsored to receive medical attention, a clean water supply and education to result in a healthy, self-reliant adult.
This documentary was filmed in Kanyama, an area on the outskirts of Lusaka, Zambia in August 2006 when Karen Jacobsen, Tom Hudak and Neil Gordon traveled to Africa to meet their sponsored children Edina, Catherine and Foster.
